    How can you say this is the oldest? Most artifacts found arent on a youtube video.

      It was filmed at a meeting of Gramly’s American Society of Amateur Archaeology(ASAA). A Ross County style Clovis is older than the Gainey and Vail style fluted points found in New England. Making this the oldest style fluted point, and a true Clovis(other fluted point styles found in New England are post Clovis in age).

    Oldest artifact found in New England?...maybe Ebay?

      It’s a Ross County style Clovis, not a Gainey style, the previous oldest style known from New England. Thus making this point the oldest style fluted point found- a Clovis. Don’t know whete you got eBay from, it was a surface find in the Ct. Valley’s Northampton Meadows.
