the time only goes up to 4:00 minutes.... l checked on line says to plug out for 3 minutes and than try... still the same... please can you advice it is brand new..

What do you mean the time only goes up to 4 mins ? The timer will go higher then that. I’m not sure what the question is

@@PwinkleR - I actually thought the product had a fault.... I figured it out via watching someone elses video ... When you set the temp.. than the time.. it goes up to number 4.. eg... 1 that would be 10 minutess (when you turn the number the l will change to 10,
ect.....
