Ummm instead of saying there are no scopes there are lot of jobs
U can’t just get a job with a degree that most students are doing
Jobs r given to people who have special things than others
And most of the focus from these applied subjects are academics
My professor is getting 35k as a teacher in a normal private college
U can’t just expect 30 to 50k by doing a normal degree that thousands of students r pursuing

These courses should be discontinued if they can't provide enough opportunities even after completing masters or PhD. These courses only sound fancy and interesting but in reality they give nothing in return, only disappointment and frustration.
No surprise why everyone wants to do medical or engineering (especially CS since other branches are almost dead) after class 12. I'm myself regretting after choosing bsc biotech.
So students in class 12 choose your career wisely, always go for mainstream courses and careers.

@@SameerShaikh-eu5zb bsc IT kar rahe ho to wohi karo, acha course hai at least job mil jati hai, ya fir tum MCA kar sakte ho NITs me badhiya placements hai. Biotechnology na hi karo toh acha hai, job ke liye bohut struggle karoge aur PhD karni padegi tab jakar kuch ho payega aur ye sab karne me kam se kam 6-8 years lag jayenge.

I totally agree with you bcz i am also facing the same problem. I am a post graduate in biotechnology and there are no opportunities in this field. I always recommend people to not opt this course.

@@maanvi1998 dekho agar tumko job chahiye Msc ke baad toh kafi struggle karna padega. Jobs bohut hi kam hai aur number of graduates is increasing every year. And biotech is mostly about research. Tumhe agar research karni hai toh continue kar sakte ho koi problem nahi hai, but PhD ke baad bhi ek achi job pana bohut mushkil hai. PhD agar karna hai toh abroad jao waha acha scope hai

Don't do ever Biotechnology, microbiology, bioinformatics etc.. It has negligible job scope . If u interested in biology then choose Botany , zoology , BSc Nursing , GNM etc.
