@@DJI_SPLARN I always try and finish quick, I'm aiming for 250 sub 20' s in 500 parkruns, normally run Raphaels but did Ingrebourne as it was cancelled.

@@DJI_SPLARN On 181 in 378, so it's possible, but tough as I'm a 19.30- 20 min runner.
