Free vibration analysis of simply supported [0˚/90˚/0˚/90˚/0˚]s laminated composite square plate. Consider a ten-layer simply supported laminated square plate with the following stacking sequences [0˚/90˚/0˚/90˚/0˚]s and a side length of 0.2 m with a thickness of 0.00269 m. The material is considered to be T300/934 CFRP with the mechanical properties as: E1 = 120 GPa, E2 =7.9 GPa =E3 , G12 = 5.5 GPa =G23=G13 , ρ = 1580 kg/m3 , v12=0.33=v13=v23
hello i would like to know about the rectangular shape with the following stacking sequences [0˚/90˚/0˚/90˚/0˚]s and a side length of 0.0125 m and width of 0.125 with a thickness of 1.6 m. The material is considered to be fiberglass with epoxy the problem is 1) i would like to know do i need to create the 2 type of material and make it separate? 2) do i need to layer it up and consider it mat 1=fiberglass and mat 2= epoxy (and load both mechanical properties ) for fiberglass i choose orthotropic and load the mech properties, and for the epoxy i choose isotropic and load the epoxy mech porperties? please help me.. im really clueless
you are thinking it wrong.. fibreglass epoxy composite is like Reinforced Cement Concrete(RCC) in which glass fibre is Steel and epoxy acts like matrix binder like concrete.. So you don't have consider these separately ..
ohh so should i consider it the same.. then i want to do tensile test on it.. bu i can pick by area.. can u help.. even the answer i can get by layer.. it showing the same amount of stress in every layer which is need to be diffret stress on every layer.. can u do tutorial and tagged me..??
Anadcode Yaya Sorry... Actually I don't have access to ansys right now.. If you post your full problem with loading conditions I can try to help you with some reference
hello.. in the material model >linear orthothropic material properties pop out in 0.40 minute showing EX.EY,EZ, PRXY AND SO ON.. may i know how to get the data and what is stand for PRXY ?
Anadcode Yaya hi... actually these data are taken from a journal paper.. these data can also be obtained by conducting experiment.. PRXY - Poisson's Ratio XY plane
sir when am trying to applay a load on composite plates for tensile load it only work for noad point only so how can i apply for the top surface area ,if u have a vidio please add it in ur page.or do a vidio on composite plate for tensile stress

i want properties of natural fibres how to get them, such as bast , kenaf , etc
suman333ttt
debendra utkarsh you have to go through different research paper..
@@suman333ttt sirplease reply which reasearch paper is this
Please give me the journal link sir its very urgent
Thank you..But Video is not clear...Can you please upload video with better quality?
I need help sir... I just want to add a layer of pzt on this and applying electrical enegy on that to reduce vibration...help me out sir please 🙏
Is this method similar for a bi-directional fiber?
from which paper you have taken the data?
Can you please provide the link of paper her.

go through some RUclips videos on how to make composite plate..it will clear the whole thing..

Hi...Ok now i got it.. thanks for the information..
Anadcode Yaya welcome

Alexander Kebede actually same type of videos available in RUclips.. just search composite plate analysis with ansys
the video is not clear ,could you please upload clearer one...... thanks in advance
