What helped me a lot together with the clips by Chef AJ was Dr Klaper's video 'Thriving on a plant-based diet' as well as Dr. Fuhrman's videos. Dr Klaper recommends waiting for hunger before eating. Just drink and wait (I skip dinner because I don't feel hungry and the body burns fat). In the morning I keep waiting and then have 3 fruits as soon as I feel hungry. Chewing well is very important. Then comes the most important meal: salad and a big serving of steamed veggies (broccoli, asparagus, spinach etc.) before anything else (which should be whole-grain foods, potatoes etc.). With steamed veggies you feel full and stop craving sweets. It is like magic. Avoid using oil on the salad and veggies. Use seeds and nuts to make your dressing (search for oil free dressings). I know Chef AJ doesn't recommend nuts but I feel good using them in dressings to replace oil and I'm losing weight. Eat vegan sushi ones a week for iodine and supplement B12.
Hey, just an FYI, on this video, when I turn up the volume enough to hear Chef AJ, then the person reading the questions is too loud. When I adjust the volume to the question-reader, then Chef AJ isn't loud enough. Not sure if it is this way on everyone else's devices. Just some feedback. ☺️

I've been drinking only distilled water for 3yrs. I buy it at the store and tds (total dissolved solids) test it and it's always at 000...perfectly pure😁👍

There is some data that has shown postmenopausal women have difficulty regulating their leptin and grehlin hormones which control hunger and satiety due to the lack of estrogen. This can drive women to over eat because they underestimate their satiety signals. Can you comment on this?
I've started doing breathing exercises to strengthen my lungs and pairing it with my wslf SOS free life to help my metabolism... have you ever heard of Pam grout and her baywatch bikini breath/Tony robbins breath? the ratio is inhale 3/hold 12/exhale 6. or inhale 4/hold 16/exhale 8...I've been doing it 4x a day in 10 cycles for 3 days now and it does help me to feel better... just curious if you think this would help with fat loss.
So I can cook potatoes and travel with it at room temperature for 2 days?? Going to visit my boyfriend's family and would love to have some just in case (:

Oats, You Is Manifesting Abundance No but any calories eating at night even with in your caloric budget are more likely to get stored as fat. Look at the research done at Northwestern University on this you can Google the medical literature.
Oh my gosh oh my gosh I'm the same for puking or pooping or burping if anything is in me as I exercise even an orange juice !!!! No one gets it !!!! I have to exercise in the mornings ! Its probably the days of purging that messed up a valve or smth no?
