This was done by the famous Alexander Brother (Custom Car Builders) back in the 60's I have a couple of sets one with their box VERY rare. Used no leds back then, guess they where WAY ahead of their time !
Great L.E.D.'s effects! Here's how I would handle that ground wire and save a step; since it's low Amp led's (actually milli Amps)..., just ground the black wire at the Mustang corral! That heavy ground wire isn't needed. It would be needed if they were old-school incandescent bulbs that draw a lot of power but not with L.E.D. 's, grounding out at the horsey head will do just fine and save you some wire.😉
I would be happy to look at the video but its tough to say what a car is worth without seeing it. Check all the common rust spots out - cowl, floors, trunk floors, frame rails, aprons, and the bottom of the quarters and doors. Small cosmetics aren't a big deal but quality paint and body work can cost quite a bit.
Even though it mentioned in this video that this kit fits a '67, and installation instructions are included for a '67, this DOES NOT fit a '67 without modification to the reflective panel! Disappointed.
I would love to have the lighted corral for my 66. I wish that CJ Pony would bring it back!

Yes, however with LEDs you want a good and clean ground , otherwise your LEDs won't last as long.
Fog lights, do you think they work? Cause i thought lower to the ground and yellow were the best
When you say ‘65 mustang, does that also include the ‘64 1/2? Sorry! Just making sure.
How did you get the honeycomb grill and do they make it for the 67 mustang?
can you do a rally pack installation video?
What size is the bottom bolt on corral?

Would this work with a 1964 1/2 Mustang
I have a 1966 but how do I connect it to my lights so the house can light up and my headlights to ??? Help me billl !!!!!
You just have to use a meter to see which is the 12v power wire to your headlights and tap into that.
Hi I just got the original one, how would you suggest to wire it. Via the ignition as the manual says or different?
The ignition will have it on all the time. I would check your local laws for decorative lighting.
Hi,
many thanks for your reply, I live in Germany and its ok here :)
any for the 68?
It won’t work on my 1966 Mustang the reflective panel won’t fit
Link doesn't work andrew Send it to me in a message
It would be better if the leds werent blue.
I like the idea, but cool white is not cool on such a car. Should be warm white or orange... my ¢2

Does CJPOny Parts sell driving lights lamps that aren't incandescent? The incandescent lights look weak when used with haolgen headlights.
