Well it happen with aging and usage. Redmi 9 is about 2 year old device and this can happen to some devices with the way of usage. Try to replace an original battery

Beware: Redmi 10 (2021) uses BN5A, while Redmi 10 (2022) uses BN54. The LiPo cell is the same, but the connector is on different sides!
