Yaaa you are right using this does works but has equal side-effects I stopped using it coz it burned out my skin though reduced few marks but affected my skin barrier instead I use aziclear which have more supportive ingredients including azeliac acid

Same problem occurred with me 2. Fst i have used dr sheths very much better formula then finished the bottle and i just want to give a try with the azelaic acid 10% . Literally i m now suffering from breakout and itching . I need to go back to dr sheths again.

So i stopped using them now.I mostly has PIE scar.After repairing my barrier, last week i tried ordinary 10% azelaic suspension .this one has a very bad texture.... hard to apply +very drying .This one cause acne breakout on my face not purging.& also damaged my skinbarrier.i tried it only 3 times on alternate days.Stopped using for now & i'll give it a try after some time. Yesterday i bought gabit 5% azelaic acid serum(for myself) + plum 10% azelaic acid serum (for my sister).Lets wait to see how these gona work . Thanks for sharing your experience .....😊.
