Laser CO2 refill without catalyst

Test laser chinnese refilling without catalyst. The output power is about 45W aproximately.
With a catalyst with 3000 hours of running, the power original 130W decreased to 70W with old gas,,, with new gas as 90W.
I will planned to sputtering the catalyst and take measure of the power.
This test is a series of tests for reeplacing the internal catalyst for one of more durability.
I changed the mirrors for some without epoxy, to avoid contamination and to improve the vacuum seal.
The mirror gasket is made of Indian metal 99.995%

The catalyst increases the power of the laser.
There is a power limit per laser meter, if you put catalyst this limit increases, therefore increasing the power.

i have a 40w chinese laser used for less than 3 months (cloudray metal head) but now less power, not cutting anything. asked the manufacturer. he says the gas is over. can this be? or is it any defect with mirrors and so on? what can i do? cant you put up a refill business in my country. there are many withthe need.

Catalyst will extend operating hours of gas in laser tube but not increase power . It 's work by reverse co back to co2 by coating chemical compound of gold inside tube's wall. Imagine to car's catalytic converter , it not increase HP but it's decrease emission.
