- 1.this video is to show how to make alignment on co2 laser machines.
2.only with good alignment,the laser beam can be concentrated in one point ,and so in one line.
3.before laser or alignment, make sure of good purified circulating water inside laser tube.
4.alignment should be made timely, and make pulse to test laser dot everytime before working.

Can you please do a video on how to adjust the focus length when using 1.5, 2, and 4 inch lens? I know the machine comes standard with a 2inch lens but when I put in the 1.5 lens its constantly just makes a large size circle when the laser fires almost 3-4mm
I would love to know where to connect remote momentary switch for the pulse.
is that a plastic you covered the corner of lazer tube the rwd one.
At 8:36, this is not a 'diagonal adjusting screw', this is mirror pivot point. Don't touch that unless you want to shift whole beam.

I have a big problem, I can not make alignment with a 60w laser co2. the laser beam comes out of the laser tube as it should. what do I have to do to get that point? please beautifully HELP ..

hello , please use the red cup together with the tube , this is with high-voltage
Thanks for this video. My mirror alignment is good except for the last vertical alignment. Instead of a circle my laser is a crescent moon shape. Very very thin. Any advice?

Thank you for the reply. I ended up having to remove the entire laser head to align the final mirror because it was so badly misaligned like you said. All is good now. Thanks again Carol!

Hi, When I get laser in center of third mirror then move laser head far away it is not center. I center it and then move laser head close to second mirror it not center. How do i center both?
I am installing a autofocus on my RUIDA laser and am interested in using a proximity sensor instead of the special made laser sensor which is made up of a proximity sensor and a metal button that as it touches it gets closer 4mm to the sensor. Can you make a video as to how you setup the proximity sensor ?

bonjour impossible pour moi de régler la machine je les acheter en chine si tout aller bien je devais acheter une 100w mes comme la 50w n est pas réglé et personne pour m aider je ne les pas acheter la 100w si une personne peux m aider a réglé et faire fonctionner la mienne je serais ravie part la suite en acheter une autre donc je suis preneur pour avoir de l aide
