Bf1 and bf4 have very good takedowns as well
However most of bf1s takedowns were reused in BFV

Kinda wild how they just ported over the BF1 takedowns and somehow made them look bad. Also love how low effort the prone-on-back takedowns look.
Funny how people give BF 2042 hell for not reusing the animations but for BFV they give them hell for reusing the animations, also the low effort prone on back animations? Hardly

Yet somehow, the animations have more variety and animation than the shitty, copy paste MW Executions, which is the same shit but in a different game.

@@Xenoscoutknight Yeah let's just ignore how all of those complaints were towards a side mode with half baked reloads, and how BFV was the first game since BF3 to not have its own unique takedowns (outside of the supine ones).
Battlefield 1 and 5 had the best executions, so much more brutal

Most of them are reused BF1 animations. Say what you want about BF3 and BF4, but at least they didn't reuse the knife animations.

Even tho 2042 is doing better now. It's still awful we lost these because EA wanted to copy paste Warzone so much, and now we are stuck with.. 6 excutions
It doesn't help that a lot of BF V,'s finishers are re used from 1 lmao
Look I don't like the third person takedowns but there's like a solid 40 takedowns you can use in 2042
@@SolisFactor Unfortunately there's only 9 which are only for their respective weapon: 6 bought with bundles that are well over 1k BFC or bought by themselves for 750 BFC, 2 Earned for Ranking up to 63 and 99, and only 1 by default.

at this point I just want a BF game with BFV/BFI s quality and gameplay (gadjets, vehicles, first person and frontal executions) set during MODERN DAY, is that too much to ask, and no, BFIV doesnt count, its not V or I, it still sucks.
