just tried these in LA the other day - they weren’t overhyped a single bit !! the sugared full mozzarella one w potato pieces dipped in ranch was life changing 😭
The menu in the background is killing me, I just want to order 1 of each and then sleep all day.
People living in LA will never understand how fortunate and privileged they are.

@wendy pearson LA in general is very iffy - there are a lot of unsafe places and things can be quite expensive. Plus a lot of places aren’t very clean (especially downtown) unless you’re in the really rich places and it’s all very industrialized. It’s somewhat like Vegas imo- fun to visit for a bit but not great to live in

For the advertising value, I'm sure the restaurant pays for the food. I think that makes the "nervous laugh" of the restaurant guy funnier.

@@SquidandCatAdventures I’m pretty sure the Try Guys pay for the food themselves, as they’ve said before that they try their best to support their local small businesses with these series as much as they can with both the exposure and also the fact that they’re buying a ton of food.
