Note (March 8th, 2024): With the recent surge in memecoins, like doge, shib, pepe, bonk, and dogwifhat, the whole memecoin sector is printing. In the moment, caught a lot of slack for this video, but remember, I always show my investment thesis. Sometimes I'm right, other times I'm wrong, but when I find big success, it will usually outweigh my losses.

One thing you missed is that 5 Billion DOGE is created each year. At current prices that is $300M of selling pressure from miners that needs to be overcame to increase the price.

Put your coffee money on this and no more, you'll be fine if it goes to zero but you got some exposure if it explodes
you do not seem to be worried about the fact that a large deal of Doge as well as Shib is held by whales, which makes those two very vulnerable to pump-and-dump schemes. Also, you did not mention any "use-case" for Pepe. While the other two at least have some minimal "reason for existing", like payment option on Twitter (Doge) or Shib's "eco-system", Pepe has just the frog face, as far as I can see. And I know many a crypto fan who would question the sense of a Shib defi system, when we have Uniswap, Compound, Maker and many more. Still, I am with you, when you say that meme coins need to be watched. They can teach us a lot about how the market works.

Most ppl in crypto don’t value meme coins at all yet most of recent crypto millionaires come from meme coins. I think memes will outperform any other coin in bull market but of course 99% is scam. By the way Vitalik didn’t burn SHIB, he donated most of it and caused SHIB to crush heavily and all shit coins stopped sending coins to his wallet
