Depends what you are looking for. Retell is more of a developer platform, Synthflow is a more plug and play platform.

Do you also have latency issues by working with Airtable? Especially If you Work with the API ? Which Data bases do you use instead?
I use Airtable and Google Sheets, haven't noticed any significant difference in latency.

Can this do outbound calling? or just inbound?
