My away bag had to caster break after about five years. Without any questions, they sent me a brand new one and had me send the other one back for free.

I’m willing to bet they all exceed the measurement limit. They are definitely too big and that’s why other passengers can’t fit theirs in, because folks don’t follow the rules. It’s risky too since if they decide to measure, you’re stuck with a fee.
