You might want to put a wooden board, or cover for hot pots out of the oven. If you put hot things on your white counter, you will destroy it. It can even melt it. They are not for hot pots, or for cutting things on, if you want to protect them or even keep using them safely. Once ruined , they have to be removed, which can cost a lot!

Well done. Perhaps you could get at least one more oven tray so you can bake 2 trays at a go and save time and electricity.
