I was given a vise. Today I looked at it closely and now have discovered its a Bison Bial. I had never heard of the brand until a few minutes ago. It is a very nice vise. It says 125 on the side. Thanks for the video. You learn something everyday. Or at least you should learn something everyday.

Thanks for the video! I have exactly same vise and now I know it's called Bison-Bial 1250-150. To my surprise, I see they are still making them. Mine is 40 years old and has survived a lot of abuse. The best vise ever!

They are very good vises, if they had better distribution in the USA I think they would sell many more.

hammeride good paint/ dobra farba tej marki, wielu mechaników, czy właścicieli aut konserwują nią elementy stalowe podwozia. Wiadomo czarna farba, ta przypomina mi młotkową stąd taki epicki kolor. Turkus na kolejnym imadle też ładny. Cheers

I'm very happy with it and consider it money well spent. I'm thinking of adding a few more in different sizes.

You're right, that Hammerite brush on finish has a nice glossy hammered look. The Verde Green spray "hammered" paint finish, just looks like regular spray in the side by side view even though I'm sure it's has a little more visual texture than regular spray. And you're right, the bison color is more teal, than either foliage/Verde green or blue. But you're picking nice colors! Any specs on the new Bison vise...actual dimensions or more info on the casting? Is it grey iron or DI? The only prices I found online were in Euro...guess need to inquire with the US distributor. Thanks for sharing!!!
