@@Jasi30not much track time to be had when the track is closed...
There were days were I was pretty sure that the track would be relatively empty and the other way around I thought at some days that there would be more. Green Hell Days offer 4 days of full driving but especially the first 2 days are pretty full usually. Also the weather in that region is pretty hard to forecast, so it is hard to plan in advance. But defenately go there, even in rainy conditions like seen in this video, it is a blast. Full recommendation but unfortunately I cannot give you an specific answer to your question.
