    Hey it's good to see you back on this thing congratulations and your accomplishment you have with the viewership also I hope everyone else sees what I see in the beginning of watching you're very intelligent and I knew you were going to end up in the office sooner or later within our company man I wish you all the best for 2023 knowledgeable person

    Do they pay yall layover pay?....I have guys coming to my terminal in DC who layover everyday in daycabs, out 5 home 2

      Nope. They pay for their hotel that’s it. We have a few people out of my terminal that “bag out”

    Looking forward to 2023 small fry show! I was seeing if you could speak about the slow season in LTL.
    What’s the timeframe of the slow season? What happens to new extra board drivers during the slow season?
    Do you suggest new drivers to sign up for a temp service in case they get laid off temporarily during the slow season?

      Slow season depends on really your Run, bid or wild, and if you p&d or line haul....but for my terminal, we slowed down around December, and probably won't pick back up till right before spring

      Great questions. Extra board guys take the hit the hardest cause they are running extra freight or covering runs that have call offs or vacation. Unfortunately the economy is bad so freight is super low right now. A company could either lay them off or just keep them home for the day. It’s scary times right now. I would definitely find something else to do if I got laid off. Go drive for another company or something. Thank you for your support.
