- In this video I show 16 Insane details in Red Dead Redemption 2 Part-7 made and edited by me (GameBest) for this video I spent about 3 days looking for details in the game.

One really impressive detail I found: If you order a mule/ donkey to flee, it'll be a lot less likely to obey compared to a horse. This is because in real life mules and donkeys are considered stubborn creatures
Really? Man every once in a while i figure out a new insane detail in this game its truly a masterpiece

The fact that NPCs and animals all interact with each other regardless of whether Arthur is involved is amazing. Bears and wolves fighting, eagles catching fish, people having conversations or disagrements, etc. make the environment feel so real.
I heard weird clacking sounds and over a hill found two buck deer fighting! The noise was their antlers hitting each other!

I found my favorite detail ever just the other day:
Go up to the northern most part in the map, glacier, you walk up to the big wall of ice at the edge of the map. You can literally hear the ice scraping against the tectonic plays of the earth as the vibrations pass through the ice in a deep, reverberated hum.
Gotta try this

Developers put in details that 90% of the player base won't even see or notice. Now that's true dedication!!!
This is the closest we will be getting to real life in a game for many years. Amazing.
I mean with the way the industry seems to be going it might be the closest we ever get..

Wait till they really start implementing AI into games. Like intelligent npc dialogue where you can talk to npcs through your headphones microphone and they will respond accordingly and differently every time rather than a limited number of prerecorded dialogue options. This could already be done today with little inconsistencies but within a few years it will be mastered and tuned to perfection. It will feel really trippy actually having full on lengthy conversations with npcs. Add VR to that and you’re basically a time traveler.

With the games detail, damaging the signs makes me wonder if NPC's will get lost and complain about not getting where they were going.

Npc's will only allow you to ride with them is when you aren't wearing a bandoiler or carrying weapon at back because if you do so they kinda become suspicious of you and move away
ah!!! that makes sense! I remember once having the option to ask but i always have a bandolier on as well as atleast 1 rifle so my Arthur looks cooler...
I'm only just now putting that together. I ALWAYS carry two back weapons to complete my "bounty hunter" look amd NPC's always flee or ignore my flags. Good detail.
Can u give me the items that requires for ur "bounty hunter" outfit?
i think its just when the player has a gun on their back, because my arthur is always wearing a bandolier and i get rides with strangers.
I actually used this feature when I lost my horse, no one gave me a ride so I had to ran to the nearest town for a horse reviver, saved my horse.
I've heard it a thousand times and still get a rush hunting them, but that bear roar is terrifying to this day!
Especially with a home theatre system.

I was too young back when red dead 1 was released, but I'd guess gta 5 was more detailed than red dead 1
@@kevinf6859 It definitely was, but it was also less detailed than GTA 4, so it depends. I really hope Rockstar goes all out with GTA6, bringing all the lessons from Red Dead, emphasis on physics and meaningful game space. GTA5's world is soo empty, there's nothing meaningful to do in it aside from missions. Couple the Red Dead 2 DNA also with the fact that it will be PS5/Xbox Series exclusive and we could be witnesses of something incredible, but I'm very cautious. It very well may be that Red Dead 2 was indeed one in a lifetime game.

@@artizzy2k2k Sorry if this is a dumb question as I have never even held a real gun, but how do they not load properly in GTA V? Do they load properly in RDR 2? Just curious :-).
@@TheBakingSlave they throw 2 shells into an 8 round mag and suddenly have 8 shells. Red Dead 2 doesn't have this problem with the shotguns at the least.

nearly 4 years later and there is still enough content about detail. this game is amazing.
Imagine there’s some dialouge for the npc’s when they want to go to strawberry but the signs are broken so they ask you directions. They would have taken that to the next level of realism
wow hahahaha really, i just started playing rdr2 3 days ago, too late lol. this is best game ever and alredy i finish 30% the story mode
I believe there are a few random encounters where people ask directions. They're not exclusive to Strawberry though.

Also, Micah’s horse gets nervous around you (and so does Dutch’s later on in the game) and Micah will fight for your spot in the formation when you ride with the gang
That's just the characters being programmed to ride in a certain formation and Arthur is just in the way lmao
All characters will pretty much push you out of the way if you're in the spot that they're programmed to be in
i don't believe there's still new things to be found in this masterpiece of a game. keep the good work up
Majority of these details are all so obvious though and have just been copied from other videos

Aside from that, you said it yourself that it's just the majority of them that are vastly known meaning that there are still some that not everyone knows about, making this video just as useful and informative as any other of this kind.

The GTA series is fast paced, and rdr2 is slow paced. GTA 6 may not be as detailed as this game, but probably more detailed than V

“You can meet beggars”, the most insane detail this game has!
2022 and I'm still blown away by things in this game . If Rockstar would of just taken care of this game like they did GTA this game would be phenomenal.
5:12 also, you can find fake, blind beggars. I've come across them in Saint Denis, where if you point your gun at them, they'll get scared and run.

Being able to request a ride is pretty nice when your horse is out of range, lol. Even so I think I've only used it once over the course of two playthroughs

There's a unique interaction with some NPCs, if you use a gun item on them, they will fucking die lol
I heard that if you grab your ankles and point ur bunghole to the air, the lightning, if it strikes you, will pass right through you.....sorry, I just thought we were sharing lol.

I've also noticed that bucks will rub their horns against trees to mark their territory. I play Red Dead primarily as a hunting sim, so I notice a lot of cool wildlife details they put in the game.
I always “noticed” the whistling when h’s tired, i just never thought about it!

Knowing about the asking for a ride thing is so handy- the amount of times i have had to sprint back to camp is ridiculous

I've also noticed that this snow on your coat will melt when you stand at a camp fire. Idk it's so obvious, but this little thing caught my attention. Never seen before.

im not sure if you've made this in a video yet, but have you noticed when you fall behind when doing a mission on horse back and your talking to dutch eg. arthur yells it when your behind. its a great detail

I love RDR2! I just wished they would relased some stuff for single player! Only have aprox 470 hours in it yet I still find new things!

Bought this game 2weeks ago and I've just completed the story, instantly hooked to the point it's got me neglecting everyday tasks like household chores and eating, sleeping and going to the toilet

You can tap whistle rapidly in which Arthur loses his breath from whistling so much and I love the bear and wolf fight it makes things feel so alive
