If spores are bisexual then their is no need of water for fertilisation bcz they are in same plant ...... right?
How do you expect the motile antherozoid to reach the egg without water

Eventhough the pteridophytes living in land and depends on water for sexual production the. Why we are not calling it also a amphibians of plant kingdom
I guess because they are vascular with definite xylem and phloem so they are not the true amphibians of the plant kingdom rather they are known as vascular amphibians.
