If I wanted to cut the bass out to its shape, I would use the off setter app and create an outline at about .25 inches that should create a nice boundary around it. Then you can just tell that boundary to cut to full depth with whatever bit you wanted to use most likely a 1/8 inch end mill.
I went back and re-watched the video, and I have to say good catch. Yes, that second line isn’t doing anything. I believe I do that out of habit because if I am designing a flag, I will put two outlines around it to use to create a shape around the stripes, and then I will do the invert of the image with the other line so for the purpose of this video that second line doesn’t really need to be there if you’re just inverting an image. Again, thanks for the comments I appreciate it.
I don’t know what it is. I use snag it to screen record and it only happens when I load it into RUclips. I can do training videos fir work all day long and have no issues. Weird
I’m not familiar with illustrator but if it’s like Inkscape probably. This was more for people using easel that want to just use easel and some images online. A lot of people asked how I do it in easel. I mostly use aspire now so I can turn all designs into SVG files.
it is amazing the amount of steps that are needed to invert this, should be just 1 or 2 clicks to do it, your just changing the black sections to white and white to black to get it to cut the parts that you want, shouldnt be this complicated
I tried to see what you meant because sometimes I’ll move it for no reason at work. I didn’t see much of that in this though. I’ll keep it in mind in the future though. Thanks for the comment

Thanks for the tips, it is very much appreciated. How would you go about cutting out the bass around the edges?

@@ThatWoodenFlag Man, thank you so much for your help. It's very much appreciated.
Question for you, what is the purpose of the outermost outline? I've tried it with and without and don't see a difference in the image.

You need me to do a design with a dog eating from a bowl?
uumm... couldnt you "invert colors" in a photo app... like GIMP or InkScape?
Yes, you can do this other ways too. I just wanted to show how it’s done in easel quickly without having to use other programs. Good call out.
like this video alot
Awesome feedback. What else should I do
The audio glitched a bit here and there, still easy to follow along with though

It takes about 30 seconds once you get the hang of it
Stop moving the mouse so much.
