I immediately tested shield grinding the minute I saw rails on The Great Sky Island. Also, this is exactly how I finished this shrine. If the trailer never showed that quick second tease of Link grinding on rails I bet nobody would've known that you could do this until at least about a month of playing the game.
This was horrifying to watch after I spent probably around an hour trying to complete this, but I just can't deny how beautiful it was. 10/10.
