Difference between the Monitoring and Evaluation framework and Results Framework

Does the IR has the same definition with output?

Hello Alex, you find at times the log frame arranged in output, outcome and Goal/Impact
also the Results framework seeing has option of output, Sub-IR, IR and Goal/Impact if the Sub IR doesnt appear in Log frame so what do i do?
