My mother and dad (step father) were interracial and they married in the later sixties and we experienced as a family that of what the Loving's did, however, their love as with the Loving's was only parted due to death and that is as it should be, love has no color to it.

The color of one skin is of no significance as the color of one's eyes. I think Bob Marley wrote that in one of his songs. If a person has love, hate, anger, it has nothing to do with the color of his or her skin. If a person is a murderer, a liar, or a thief, it has nothing to do with the color of their skin. I saw persons that are black have cancer, persons that have white skin have cancer. Persons that are white born blind, persons that are black born blind. Persons that are white, live long lives, persons that are black lives long lives. One complexion should never be a barrier for love. Even Moses married an Ethiopian woman after Sarah his first wife died.

Idris & his wife are both Blk (the are botn in different countries.) JLo & Alex R. are both Latino. Although Jlo is Porto Rican, she was born in the Bronx. Jesse Williams (½Blk&½Wht) & his ex wife is Blk is that really an interracial relationship? Mariah Carey, yes, she is of Irish decent, but she is also of Blk & Venezuelan decent.
