I am grateful for this teaching. So grateful. Very practical. Affirming and very much needed. Thank you, even 11 months after the original airing. It will be needed 11 months from now too.

I really appreciate you sharing your wisdom - you’re like the healthy and functional father figure I needed when I was growing up.

Thanks Rick! Grateful for Wisdom - I'm not Buddhist, I'm on the path of Sufism, how the paths are so inking with our another 😀 Stay blessed , God bless :)

I think it’s fair to blame you for a well of tears at 45:50, Dr. Hanson (AGAIN?! 🙂❤). I often dwell in a deep sense of gratitude for your open-heartedness, deep caring, generosity, and skillful teaching. The timing of this talk - in every aspect - aligns so perfectly with my recent experiences, and my intentions for deepening practice. You’ve really outlined a framework for a lifetime of continued discovery. And my brain loves a well-designed system…so maybe it will offer up a little less resistance when I look in directions that don’t come naturally to it via evolution. How fortunate I am to be a wave in this ocean! I hope to connect with this community in-person on a Wednesday evening soon.

I've bought a bunch of your books on Audible. looking forward to listening to them.

Thank you so much for these talks, Rick. This was like sipping on some nice cup hot green tea on a cold day. What you said about true autonomy being dependent on that non reactive internal space to circumstances or our own experiences was very insightful. thank you!

Over the past few weeks I've come to consider the need for greater equanimity within myself and your talk supported me beautifully. Thank you. Loved the f bomb, I had a good chuckle!

I loved this talk Rick. Thank you. What’s the difference between emptiness and equanimity?
