- From totaled to dyno day! It put down 401 wheel hp at 7.5 lbs of boost! Playing it safe there with the stock bottom end to hopefully get some life out of it. I’ll build the bottom end and crank up the boost soon, and take subscribers along for the ride. Track days, drift events and night time runs coming soon!

@@thecrayz they aren't in Germany. Price went up by almost 5k in the last year. I would by myself a wrecked one but that isn't really possible in Germany like it is in the US ...

I saw that car when I was 6yo for the first time and fell in love with. Still my most favourite car to this day, will get it one day, but they're rare here and damn expensive for our country state🤦♂️
@@kuma7526 yep same. It's one of my favourite cars and my dream "obtainable" sports car. Sadly now the prices are skyrocketing and that "obtainable" is fading away. An HR is around 13k€ and a good DE probably around 10k.

Lisa Mahanes I found a perfect one with “low miles” at least for a Z and it was the perfect spec and perfect price but I am pretty sure someone bought it because the listing went away. I was pretty happy to find the car so I didn’t even bother checking what trans it had but it was an “automanual” what ever that means

Hey man im getting ready to get a 350z with a single turbo pushing 7 pounds of boost all stock expect 600cc injectors and exhaust.Hows yours holding up?
Awesome! It held up well until the rear main seal quit on me, which had more to do with age and wear. No complaints other than that. I’m pulling the motor this week to freshen up the long block and build the bottom end.
One&onlyOJ usually on 350z if u keep the hp 400 or below it can run pretty reliably

@@typicalusername659 it works perfectly, actually it only has 65k miles on it . Never had a mechanical issue with it of any kind . Literally the only problems are a little rust at the rear wheel arches which needs sprayed every year or 2 but it runs amazing for a 17 year old car
How much hp did you make? I got a single turbo kit for my 07 from boosted performance, just waiting on my engine to be forged due to corona.

Andrew Sleath Thanks, man! Turbonetics single turbo kit with a GTX35R. 3 inch exhaust with no cat. 1000cc DW injectors. Walbro 255 fp. Borla headers. Z1 plenum spacer. Koyo radiator. PBM remote oil cooler. Z1 oil pan spacer. Those are all of the mods specific to power and reliability. DE Revup with no issues whatsoever at this power level.

Condensation burning off. The car was sitting for a while prior to getting on the dyno. And FYI, white smoke = coolant burning, not oil.

Guys what do you prefer I want a 350z for my 16 birthday and I want to look at some good attachments so here’s what I need help with skirts or spoiler first and if I get a spoiler so I get a wing or a bigger lip

Nothing up top with the exception of the Z1 plenum spacer.

It’s mostly about boost pressure. Under 8lbs of boost has done well in my DE.
At the beginning, the sound of the engine before acceleration, like the muscle car. 🤔

I feel your pain when it comes to NA VQs with full exhaust. Turbo VQs sound much better. They’re nowhere near as high-pitched with that piercing sound that literally hurts to hear - lol.
