    The Mayo may not work as well on chicken but it keeps fish very moist and gets a nice crust on top

    That's some mighty fine looking yard birds 🐔🐔. I usually dry brine the chicken overnight then I may hit it up with very little oil then apply the Rub . While cooking after the rub is set then I'll hit it with some Pam. Great comparison cook my brother. Cheers 🍺

    Hey John great comparison on the two binders. I have pretty much gotten away from using binders and might have to start using them again. Maybe I’ll do a comparison video on using a binder as opposed to not using a binder? Take care brother!👊🏻😋🍻

    Great looking chicken bro. Yea you right about variations with white sauce. That's the beauty of the art of creating sauces/rubs. I myself add prepared horseraddish and a Lil mustard as well to my white sauce. Great cook bro. 🍻 🐘ROLL TIDE🐘

    I use to use mayo as a binder but found my skin more rubbery so I quit. I just dry rub all my chicken but have recently seen alot of folks use spray duck fat in the middle of the cook to crisp up the skin. Never tried it myself. Im definitely gona try that white sauce. I eat alot of chicken.
