Hey Tommy, I appreciate that bro. Thanks for watching man.
The Mayo may not work as well on chicken but it keeps fish very moist and gets a nice crust on top
I dont cook a lot of fish but i need to try that. Thanks for watching
Good cook John. I like the comparison on different binders. That chicken looked fire.

Its great with chicken!! Thanks for watching and we'll see you Saturday lol
That's some mighty fine looking yard birds 🐔🐔. I usually dry brine the chicken overnight then I may hit it up with very little oil then apply the Rub . While cooking after the rub is set then I'll hit it with some Pam. Great comparison cook my brother. Cheers 🍺
Brother Stephen, I appreciate you man. Thanks for watching
Ahh doc, that looks delicious. You should definitely have your own restaurant. Maybe look in to that. Great videos bro
Haha I appreciate that homie. Thanks for watching
Hey John great comparison on the two binders. I have pretty much gotten away from using binders and might have to start using them again. Maybe I’ll do a comparison video on using a binder as opposed to not using a binder? Take care brother!👊🏻😋🍻
Yea man, that would be a cool one. What meat are you gonna use? Thanks for watching brother
@@SaltPepperFire maybe St. Louis style ribs?? I’m definitely going to do this though. 🍻
Seen many use mayo on turkey. It works!
Nice
Hey man! Googan BBQ subbed.
I appreciate it bro
Hey John my hubby and whole family started watching you!
That is awesome! I really appreciate that. Hope you enjoy the content.
Looking good bro.. I still haven't made my own white sauce yet, I might have to give your recipe a try. Nice cook👊🏿
You should bro.. it great with chicken. Thanks for watching!
Nice Cook, John I'm gonna have to try that white sauce one day yea the only time I us mayo on chicken is to bake it in oven at high temp's
I appreciate you watching Darryl. Let me know when you try the white sauce
Great looking chicken bro. Yea you right about variations with white sauce. That's the beauty of the art of creating sauces/rubs. I myself add prepared horseraddish and a Lil mustard as well to my white sauce. Great cook bro. 🍻 🐘ROLL TIDE🐘
Oh yea, that sounds good smooth. Ill have to try it that way as well.
That’s crazy the olive oil won I thought you were going to pick the first off the reaction. Def enjoyed the channel
I really appreciate that Aaron. Thank you for watching
I use to use mayo as a binder but found my skin more rubbery so I quit. I just dry rub all my chicken but have recently seen alot of folks use spray duck fat in the middle of the cook to crisp up the skin. Never tried it myself. Im definitely gona try that white sauce. I eat alot of chicken.
Yea I found the mayo was rubbery too and Im seeing the duck fat too. Let me know what you think of the white sauce. Thanks for watching
AWS and chicken were made for each other. I have never used mayo as a binder.
You got that right Mike. Thanks for watching
😎👍
Thanks
Man, that white sauce has me wanting to try it so bad but no chicken on the menu currently but I'm going to try it. Nice cook brother John birds looked great
Thanks Brother Lance. Looking forward to you trying it
Needed that Roll Tide sauce recipe whats up
You got it brother
@@SaltPepperFire I can get out and cook day 5 of rain
Looking good John! I'd hit both those birds!! 😁 never tried a mayo binder...duck fat spray works good, I usually run rub only👍 I'm a white sauce fan!👍👍 thanks for sharing brother, have yourself a great one, you all stay safe!👍👊🍻
Hey Craig, man i need to get some duck fat. I hear it works great. Thank for stopping by brother!!
Great looking chicken. I would think the oil would crisp it up a little more. I wouldn't kick either of them off the plate!
For sure man...neither side is getting turned away. Loving the shakes Steve
Did you say 150 degrees?
??
Nice comparison I have thought of using mayo that whits sauce looks yummy I will have to try and copy cat that…go buckeyes
Hey Chucko, thanks for watching bro. Let me know when you do that. Roll tide!!
