    Im interested in a source for the study that the photos at 2:22 are from?
    Your research is good but only one layer of the whole story. Theres also clinical data and traditional wisdom as two other important data sets. Many of these studies are suspect and to my mind animal studies are less authoritative than clinical experience in the field of medicine.

    I just listened to you on a podcast with Emily Morse. What you stated about emotional stress brings on physical disease struck a cord with me. See in 2009 I was diagnosed with CIDP, immune system attacks Mylan sheath. By 2012 I was given a second autoimmune disease of Stiff Person Syndrome. So during the time of my first diagnosis I was building spec houses. This is at the time of the recession and housing market collapse. It personally wiped out my finances in 2008. By late 2008 I was walking with a cane. I currently do physical therapy and warm water physical therapy with really no improvement seen once the therapy sessions stop due to insurance. How can someone like me work on the facia if getting up and down off the floor is a challenge of it's own? How/where can I start?
