Kangaroo meat is very tough, like rubber, and if you don’t know how to cook it correctly, it’s impossible to eat it.

It is tought because it has been over cooked - it must be eaten rare, the j meat juices must still be liquid.
I have enjoyed roast beef and ostrich, but I have never really had the opportunity to enjoy the taste of Kangaroos meat, that would be a great experience, thank you great video!

Покупал в лихие девяностые на рынке как мне сказали мясо сайгака, недорого, постное, потом только узнал что это была кенгурятина из Австралии которую наши ушлые бизнесмены закупали по дешевке а потом продавали как мясо сайгака. 😊

Most Australians find the taste of 'roo a bit strong, and when cooking it emits its own peculiar aroma. Kangaroo meat should be served rare, too much cooking and it will turn into boot leather. Some woke snowflakes don't think you should eat one of the supporters of our coat of arms. Why the heck not, Aborigines have been eating them for thousands of years!
