I've had a Thudbuster ST on my carbon cross frame for over 5 years. It looked stupid at first but I don't care about appearances when something works. Nice to see Trek engineers finally catching up to what sort of real benefits carbon can deliver for real riders.
'Domane' looks like its derived from the word "Madone". Moreover, the improvised seat coupler to dissipate the vibrational energy from the cyclist is just outstanding! Pure Elegance!
it also comes in a alloy version - Domane 2 series. same tech, same geometry, different material. (with carbon fork I presume). i really do recommend this bike for beginner or long hauler alike it is fantastic! :D
will we be able to buy them in that paint scheam? because that is frikking awsome, and i would happily pay another $700 for that scheam instead of the radio shack nissan treck.
Damn I wish I made about $150,000/year so I could buy multiple bikes. I just bought a $4,000 Giant TCR but seeing this makes me want another awesome bike to complement it.
I test rode the cheapest Domane... the 2.0 and it was fast for "entry level". But I couldn't handle the lack of suspension at the front so I bought the 2014 Trek DS 8.6. When my wrist regains strength I'll buy the 2.0. Broke my left wrist and right thumb from a motorcycle accident 4 months ago and even the slightest bump bothers me. Anyway, I recommend all new road riders with a budget to test ride the Domane 2.0.
Damn! I can't even afford the 2.0... I hope Trek can make a bike with the price level of 1 series and have the endurance geometry but without isospeed...
If you really want it, put up a few hundred dollars a week and you would be able to buy it by the end of the year. I, however, love my 1.2 and I see no reason to buy the domane. If anything I'd buy a low end madone or just upgrade a few parts on my 1.2.
Hope you didn't buy the Specialized, on descents my body positioning was able to gain greater speed on a Project One Domane Classics 2014. I compared S-works to Project One (Domane 6.0 to Roubaix) both had DuraAce throughout and Di2 shifting.
Just bought a Domane S4. Very comfortable ride. Looking forward to some long rides.
Just bought a Domane 4.3. What a bike! When the salesman told me it was based on Fabian Cancellara's bike he totally sold it to me.
Fabian is built for the one day race classics. IMHOP he would win on any of the major manufacturer's bikes.

Both domane, madone and emonda are annagrams
Still have the 2015 5.9. It is as sweet and smooth as the day I bought it. Even 6 years later it’s lighter and as responsive as the new Domanes. 👍🏼
it also comes in a alloy version -
Domane 2 series.

love my Domane!!
David ruclips.net/video/nry2HRvVYh8/видео.html my old trek domane, but still great
This bike is better than The Specialized Tarmac.

It’s cool looking back at old but 2010s biking cause you don’t hear that much since people have it like recent history
This is fascinating. Utterly fascinating
It's almost no wonder these bikes 🚲 cost $$$$$ as they do
Awesome! I can hardly wait to ride one!!!
How you like your bike, Trek or Specialized?
I loved this bike in Yellow
Anthony3g ruclips.net/video/nry2HRvVYh8/видео.html my old trek domane, but still great
I have both, a Trek OCLV and a S-Works Tricross. I like the Specialized better, but both are great overall
This bike will be beutyfol in same opinion after 20 years.

do these bars come with all domane models?
they forgot to mention the tiny motor that they installed in the Domane bottom bracket.

Anyone knows title of the music in the background?
Émuito incrível conhecer o início da tecnologia
Anyone know how this affects power output and efficiency?
can i ride it around the world ? how many miles before stop and die in crash from carbon failure ?

Please put the chain keeper on the Madone so that Andy Schleck wont lose his chain when he attacks the peleton in mountains of the tour this year
Check the the Trek website. I believe the paint job is $867.
Why fabian crashed in Olympic?
yup i wish a day will come when bikes are not this ridiculously expensive...
I'm sort of just trying to wind up tickydicky cause i know him, but i have done offroad at 35mph so i know what you mean
O preço e tão absurdo que eu custo a acreditar que esse transporte seja popular um dia...
Also they have to have over 180mm travel ;)
chain drop protecter just for Shleck
It's a shame that he crashed there in Flanders! :( Rest fast "Spartacus"
ok cheers
maybe they could create a musette that doesn't get caught in the front wheel?

Trek e' troppo avanti
i think it wastes some of your power .. thats why im more interested in the specialized roubaix

ok i will probably be able to afford that when i am, oh lets say 100.
Domane=madone=anagramme!!
And emonda, too. It blew my mind a little when I figured it out, too. ;)
that'll be $11,896.47 please
Shut up and take my MONEYS!
2 people ride specialized....
MTB is 10x better
