Thank you so much. I implemented these techniques, resulting in a significant improvement in my backhand, equivalent to years of training. The key realization was recognizing that the backhand (left hand for right-handed players, and vice versa) is the primary striking hand.
Great video! Thank you so much for these tips Tyler! i have another question. What should your upper body position hinged at the hips be doing through contact? As I'm swing and i bend over (assuming knees are already bent + transferring from back to front foot) to take a lower ball, do i stand straight up at the end of my extension or do i stay bent low? I know you mentioned a follow up video about footwork, but curious if you can add this info in as well
Hey! you wanna get your legs down… think “lunge” These two most recent videos are the foundation: you have to teach the upper body “to walk” before you can teach the lower body “to run” Footwork & positioning will be another video so stay tuned.
It would be great if you could somehow increase the volume on the microphone. Can't hear your instructions well without ear buds. Appreciate the breakdown of the shot.

Thanks for the feedback! I appreciate you watching the video!
@@universalrackets You put out some great stuff in an easy going manner. The lack of music that some channels impose is appreciated.
