Nice, I like the deck off of the kitchen and the window above the sink. However, looking at that kitchen counter as soon as you walk in is not a great idea. No one is going to keep that counter perfectly set all of the time. Most people would cover it with stuff just making a lasagna. The butler’s pantry is too small to contain the mess. The large counter needs to be used. That being said, all is not lost. Some drywall with nice artwork to look at instead of a kitchen counter, when you walk in, would be much better. With that type of set up, you would be forced to shop the inner aisles of the grocery store and not use the kitchen or display your mess. The open kitchen is nice and everything about the kitchen is nice but not as a focal point.
500K and under would be more realistic, do you have a preference on how much acreage? Or if it's a house how many bedrooms/bathrooms? I can set up a search for you and take a look. 250K might get land much further outside of the DMV area but I can check.
