We are in the same boat brother, whatever I'm learning from my college while doing my BCA is totally basic and not so competitive and advanced because I too belong to a tier 3 state govt college and the environment is really slow. I can't decide what should I do.
Today we have advantage of Internet. Try to do additional courses in part time to add to your knowledge. Don’t just sit down because you are from tier 3 city. In my time we did not have internet. The only option was BCom, BSc, BA and for some lucky people BTech. You guys have big advantage. You should find it. It’s all there on the internet.
