In return (as you spoke about the LORD being there for you and loving you even at your worst.) hold on to these verses:
“But from there you will seek the LORD your God, and you will find Him if you seek Him with all your heart and with all your soul. When you are in distress, and all these things come upon you in the latter days, when you turn your the LORD you God and obey His voice (for the LORD your God is a merciful God), He will not forsake you nor destroy you, nor forget the covenant of your fathers which He swore to them.” - Deuteronomy 4:29-31
During this time Moses is reminding the children of Israel to beware of idolatry. I believe in modern times idolatry doesn’t always have to be a carving or something of “the LORD’s likeness”. It can be the problems we face, the struggles, or even people/relationships, etc.
This scripture to me is a reminder, as it says, that when in distress or need always look to God to be the provider. Seek the Father with everything you’ve got, and like you said, the effort at which you seek Him, the hunger/drive to know the Father needs to be excellent. Pure not perfect.
No problem, no person, no thing should ever have a grip on you more than the LORD because He is bigger than everything and everyone.
I was randomly scrolling in these wee hours of the night and decided to support/watch. Thank you for this. I look forward to learning more and having my thoughts and heart provoked by you/your content from the LORD.
    Stay silly, goofy, crazy! 👏🏾✨🙏🏾
