Your husband is darling - I did not realize in the beginning he was making the card and got such a kick out of listening to his comments. It's wonderful that the two of you can share this hobby together. By the way, I have already decided on the green triangle fold to make my Christmas cards out of. Love the same pattern on both corners.

Since my friends like to stand the cards up on a table, I'm making cards 1 and 2 landscape. No need for a giraffe...but maybe a crocodile! 😂😂😂 You gave great advice on starting and stopping, except sometimes I've already cut or written when you correct yourself! 😂
So glad you're changing up direction! That's the point of making the templates... use them as a guide! But they can be flipped around and focal points changed to make so many different versions of fun folds!

RUclips decided to suggest your channel to me and I'm not disappointed 😂. I've written along and made my adjustments to Dutch A4 size, which is only 8¼" wide. But I managed calculating those pesky 8th of an inch numbers. I like the way you build up your video, with making templates and you two working together. And I most certainly love your card designs, the diagonal card with overlapping closures being my favourite at this point (because it is so fast to put together). Speaking of Dutch, I know a family Bolhuis in the Netherlands. Recognising the name is what triggered me to click on your video. Gorgeous branding on the wooden shoes.

I love these videos! I put my templates in a vinyl/plastic Photo brag book that I got at Dollar Tree. It’s the perfect size and small so that it doesn’t take up a lot of storage, like a box would. I hope you know what I’m talking about! 😀
Jackie, I have several comments on this one: 1. I love this series! The only problem with fun folds is that they often can't stand for display. 2. Can you put these fun filds in a Playlist? I looked but didn't see a title that seemed to match. 3. That second card would be a great gift card holder if you put a little pocket in the center section. Thanks so much!
I am now making this first template. the first and last scores, leave sections that are 3 1/2" and 3 3/4" sections. Which goes on the top? Also, my squares of 3 3/8" and 3 1/2" look really small compared to your video (?) so I just made a dark layer under those 2 squares to make them look better. Please double check and let me know if those are correct measurements. Thanks. Added: I figured out the answer to the first question due to how the bottom piece fits!

Hi, question on card 1. You had last measurement at 3.3/4 x 1.7/8, but should that be either 3.1/2 or 3.3/8 if it is intended not to show?
It worked for me at that size, but you certainly could cut it smaller if it works better for you.
Agreed. The 3 3/4 wide bottom piece sticks out on the sides when the piece above folds down. I adjusted mine to 3 1/2 width.

The focal points you can adjust to whatever stamps you are using.
