Seriously Apple makes music management unnecessarily chaotic and besides of this I've lost my playlists multiple times which i even created in a specific order. This was literally easier to deal with on my old Nokia and that's even over 10 years ago!? Seriously Apple, get a grip...
No kidding! It’s infuriating how they want you to use Apple Music to do the transfer of music from iphone to my Macbook. I DO NOT want to subscribe to Apple Music because some years ago when I did, I too lost a lot of my music and playlists. 😡 Anything to make a buck!

I can confirm that you can transfer all of your songs for free using the trial version. You just have to watch the full video and follow the directions exactly. I just transferred over 3k songs and the album covers/titles/artists are all accurate. thanks for the guide!!!! you're a lifesaver.

Hey, I followed every single step like you said and it worked!! The only problem I have left is that whenever I dragged it into itunes, it moved.. but not with the right names of each song... For example it names a song "adfg"... Did you or anyone else figure out how to fix this?? HELP..

And all I did was drag my Music folder onto my desktop and then drag it into iTunes again, and every song came in my iTunes, song titles, artists even album cover - everything! Thank you so much, I was loosing my mind over this stuff!
It fucking works. Some of the tracks' names did get fucked up, but only a few, and ultimately it was very successful in transferring the songs so thank you very fucking much. You're the man.
I know i'm a little late, but if YOU FOLLOW THE INSTRUCTIONS IN THE VIDEO you don't need to pay for the software. I successfully transferred nearly 600 songs using the demo version of this software and only 5 of them needed to be renamed after the transfer. If you put the music folder you transfer out of the software onto the desktop, and then drag that folder into your iTunes library, you will not have any issues aside from a handful of songs that need to have the names fixed.

On the version of iExplore that I downloaded there is an 'Auto Transfer" function. There was no need to select and transfer folders.
