@@suzanneleroux5473 why should people encourage others to take a shot ( gene therapy) that has NO long term safety studies for a “virus” that has a 99% recovery rate. Looks to me people only take it to go back to “ normal” it’s part of agenda 2030. We will never go back to normal welcome to the one world order.
@@ezilram Firstly, Ellie never encouraged anyone to do anything they are uncomfortable with. As for the rest of your comment: the vaccine does not alter dna, it is not “gene therapy” because it never interacts with your chromosomes. It’s easy for you to say “yeah it’s only 1% casualty so fuck that 1%, I wanna live my life”, but what if that 1% is one of your family members? And it isn’t only the death toll that the vaccine reduces. It reduces the load on public hospitals because of the decreasing number of severe cases. The medical equipment can then be used for other diseases or conditions that isn’t as easily treated as a vaccine.

the "meaty" sauce from your meaty lasagne just over pasta is a great quick and easy end of week dinner! don't need to worry about lots of fresh veggies going sad in the fridge :) a very common one at our place x
Hi Ellie, I seen you’ve been having issues with Bowie eating for a little while. My son is the same age and we had the exact same problem and we actually got a blood test and he was low in in iron, after a month of taking a supplement he eats a lot better now and is less fussy with food 🙂
The salad lunch looked delicious 🤤 I will try to copy the recipe 😘

Ohohoho no, I felt for you with the juice! I did the same recently and all the blended pith and seeds made it thick and not pleasant. If you guys are into SMEG I highly recommend their basic citrus juicer. We have an orange tree and it’s totally lifted my juice game 🍊. I’m collecting all the SMEG appliances in blue ✨

Way to get vaccinated! I gave birth March 2020 in the US and have basically been in quarantine for 18 months. I was luckily still breastfeeding when I got both of my vaccines. It such a hard time and it helps to see others do their part and get vaccinated to help us get one step closer to being out of quarantine. Thank you for using your platform to show yourself!

One good top if you want Bowie to eat all the food on his plate, my husband would read my toddler a book and I would feed him food 🤣 distractions works a treat. We do that if we knew he didn’t eat enough because let’s us face it, we don’t want overnight wakings because our toddlers are hungry lol. 👏🏼
haha yesss i love this because we do this some nights too! the funniest thing is so often he assumes he doesn’t like a food but if we distract him and give him some he will realise he actually likes it 🥴😌

Oh also, when you fed Bowie the potatoe dipped in yoghurt, Yummm and he spat it out, maybe because it was a little too big 🤷🏻♀️ cut it even smaller and he probably would of ate the whole potatoe. Usually toddlers get “scared” of big pieces even though it’s safe to eat. Just a thought. Sometimes my 2.5 year old will say “mummy big” and I will cut it in half ☺️
Hey Ellie, just wondering how you went about initially introducing Bowie to non-vegan allergens such as dairy, egg and shellfish? I’ve been vegan for over 12 years but I’m keen to do what I can to prevent allergies in my daughter who is starting solids soon, so I will be giving her all allergens, following Solid Starts 100 Days Program (though I don’t think I can handle introducing meat).
Whilst I would prefer she stays on a plant based diet as a child, I of course can’t control her diet forever and don’t want to put her at risk of anaphylaxis if I can avoid it (I know it’s complicated and it’s not always preventable). Is this something you’d be happy to talk more about? x
yeah for sure! we followed the same protocols for introducing allergens as recommended, like for the nuts we used nut butters, once at a time etc. but it’s also important for them to have regular exposure so while we don’t cook things like shellfish at home, if we are at a restaurant we will order something like that so he can have it more than just the 2-3 times, if that makes sense? he eats eggs regularly now, and we don’t have dairy in our household so we just buy some dairy from time to time and swap between the vegan alternatives and dairy versions so he’s getting regular exposure.
