Bro if I use google1 as a back up which gives 100 GB for 1499 per year. But if I save quality images in google1 and delete them from my phone, the quality of the image goes down. Kindly advice.
Make sure that Google Photos have any settings turned ON like "HD Photos or original Photos" bro. it automatically compresses for faster loading of photos in your app when you view them. When you download the quality improves. that could be the reason.

it happens in the background mostly and leaving the device in wifi helps to upload the files automatically. some wifi or mobile data has good download speed, but mostly less upload speed. that could be the reason. Browsing speed and File Transfer speeds are different.

In case if you subscribe for icloud+, in your case 50GB and followed by cancelling your subscription within the date of expiration, a notification prompt appears and request you to free up all the extra data you have been saved in the iCloud within the expire date. Later if you want to get iCloud extra storage, you can subscribe again at any time you want! In your case after 3 months…

If you backup your phone on a regular basis, it is as simple that you will just need to log in to your Apple ID in a browser (Safari preferably) to view all the data stored to your iCloud+ .
In case if you wanna restore, you simply need to log in again to your apple device using your Apple ID post reset. iCloud will automatically restore all the data based on your latest backup stored to your cloud storage. All contents including photos, mail, contacts, music, accounts/passwords etc. few apps like wallet or apple pay, app store would need you to re-enter your bank card details/credentials respectively again for security reasons to add your cards to apple pay again. Since India is not gonna process apple pay anytime soon, rest of the copy of your data are assured.
