I'm 67yr old and a disabled white guy that always liked Gary. My Dad God rest his Soul had business in Gary from 65 to the 90s. Alot of history in Gary. Anyway I love that Gary is getting some new blood in some BBQ shops and some soul kitchens. My Moms people are from coal country in Kentucky. Hats off to Kelly's Soul kitchen. Hope you guys do well.
Family and food is the only reason I come back home to Gary. We got the flavor ....can't wait to try that pot roast and sides at Kelly's keep up the reviews ...

Believe it or not, that place is on 5th Ave. A once thriving neighborhood. Still love and rep my city. My junior high school is closed now, but it's across the street from Kelly's. I love their food! Stop by whenever I'm at home. That dressing is righteous with dat gravy. Thanks for stopping by the "G" Dino and Mz Coretta. So many have forgotten
