Picked up my new SA S the day before yesterday and did approx 400 km with it and it’s by far much better than the previous model that I had for two years and
I was and still am very pleased with the former SA S but this puts a smile on your face the entire ride 😃
The saddle sometimes slips in the lower position from itself 😳 but according to my dealer KTM knows about it and will solve this problem, also the indicator push button needs getting used to it.
I have the KTM akrapovic exhaust which I not only recommend for the looks but without the db killers has a wonderful and even civilized sound 😇
Yesterday a friend of mine who rides a BMW 1200 GS was massively impressed how it rides; close to perfection he called it.

@@snakeoil2182 Hello, close to 3000 miles, just replaced the std tires with the Michelin Pilot Road 6 and is more agile now.

Never pay attention to ktm. I was fixed it with africa twin and bwm gs.the I start looking ktm videos about this bike! Damn this bike can make.u feel alive!brrrrrrrrrrrrrm. I want one!

Hello. The only problem I had was the front brake discs. It had a bit of a judder at slow speeds. They changed the discs under warranty. But that’s it. They are a great bike but i have a Ducati multistrada 950 s for touring now and I am picking up a KTM Super Duke R in a couple of weeks. That will be the bike I will mainly ride 😬👍
What would you choose between the S1000XR 2021 and KTM super adventure s 2021 ?
Hello. I haven’t rode a S1000XR. It’s something I will ride a some point. I think it will be a very good bike but I do find a in line 4 cylinder engine a bit boring myself compared to a v twin.

I like the GT myself. It Handel better and has more feeling from the front end. The Super Adventure S is a very good bike. It’s more comfortable than the GT. Think it’s something I would buy when I am older and need something more comfortable. I think the GT looks better as well 😬👍
i dare you to ride GT at 6th gear on 68 mph :D. joke a side , i own a beautiful Gen 2 Gt and i was very happy with it since i ridden the new Superadventure S, you mention how light is the clutch yes i agree but how good is the gearbox! its amazing. the bike actually feels lighter then GT, and somehow you can reach the floor better then GT. you know the gt is lovely but slow speeds GT complains so much where the SAS(superadventureS) doesnt mind. I commute two up everyday with GT and i am really thinking of part exchanging. Looks wise it is not as ugly as the gen2 SAS, it has a dakar look somehow. And the best point is that suspension ANTI DIVE option. It simply works amazing!
Hello. They are both great bikes. It depends on what you like and need from a bike. I like the GT more myself as it handles better. Has more feeling from the front. My GT is very good at low speeds I don’t have a problem with it. The gen 1 was lumpy low down but gen 2 is good. The Super Adventure S is more comfortable and would be better for longer trips. Think the gen 3 Gt will have everything the Super Adventure s has got. Think that will be a awesome bike 😬👍

I don't understand why you waste your time to block the speedo when you're doing the speed limit?!
It doesn’t have everything the Multistrada V4 does because it has blind spot monitors. Great bike but it doesn’t have everything just saying.
Come on Ktm make it shaft drive and il change my gsa
Why? 20k miles on my chain before I changed it and very little maintenance. I'd rather keep the weight down
