What I love about this show is that for a first time, it ACTUALLY shows what a Demon King should be, like, how many times we have saw a "demon king" dying to a weak hero.
Anos showed how a Demon King should act, mighty but still humble to his subject. If they question his authority, he listens to them, and if they spewed bullshit or try to take quick at him, he punish them.

One of my favorites that I re-watch all the time, especially when drunk because of the feel good vibes watching Anos kick some serious ass. PS. The "three second rule" was a joke. The zombie spell was completely different.
It's tiring when you have to wait for hundreds of episodes for the MC's to become OP. Sometimes you just need an OP character to just fuck shit up right from the start.
The 3 second rule was only about having a 100% success rate in resurrecting a body. Cant wait for the next Ep. since it has one of my favorite moments in the series.
If you notice - the joke Anos makes at the end is the line used by Veldora when he got freed by Rimuru in Slime s2. "All who defy me will be slaughtered" in slime & its translated as "I'll massacre all who defy me!" Meaning Veldora read Misfit of a Demon King LN from Rimuru's memories.
I've seen someone embarrass the enemy with a finger, a strand of hair and even the enemy's own move... but I ain't never seen someone get embarrassed wit a heartbeat that's crazy

I remember looking at a scene from that show where the guy wanted to be average in his next life and instantly turning it off due to how lame he was in comparison to Anos. Like this dude took a full power punch just to create a dent in a wall with a person, whereas Anos casually does it just by throwing a sword in the person's general direction. I hate it when "OP" shows don't make the character OP in any real way.
Love Anos he's not only over powered he's an anime protagonist with actual confidence and isn't a whiny crybaby, or an emo with a dark side, he's just cool and knows how to bring the pain to those who deserve it.
