Thank you! My cycle when I was on the pill was 28 days. When I came off my first cycle off was 24 days long and the cycle after that we conceived. I was tracking my cycle using the Flo app, which was really helpful! But honestly we got really lucky to conceive on the second cycle as it’s tricky at that point to pinpoint ovulation etc. since we only had one month previous to reference.
I was on the contraceptive pill called Microgynon for over 10 years. I stopped when we decided to try to conceive and found that it didn’t take long at all to get out of my system. I was worried that there would be months before I would ovulate again.

What method did you use "BD"?
Every other day after period except added an extra BD in on the day I thought I was ovulating… it’s a lot but it worked for us!
