We return to another one of our favorite spots in the Chicagoland area in Franklin Park, Illinois which is close by Canadian Pacific’s Bensenville Yard. While the traffic was below average, we still had a wonderful time along the tracks filming trains which included CP 281 setting out a bad ordered car after departing Bensenville Yard which blocked many of the public railroad crossings halting traffic in Franklin Park. The sun was shining beautifully which gave us the usual sunshines off the many different trains during the winter season in Chicago. While the weather was a bit cold and the traffic was slower than usual, we were definitely satisfied with what we found in Franklin Park. Enjoy the video!

Great video of action at Franklin Park, Illinois on 23 December 2021. That Union Pacific train was probably a Union Pacific transfer run back to Proviso Yard. Those two Union Pacific GPs more than likely brought a transfer train from Proviso Yard to Bensenville Yard during the night hours and then picked up these cars to take back to Provisio. Thank you, Andrew, and the other guys in your crew for spending the day in Franklin Park, Illinois and capturing these trains for us!
