I just found this video. I’ve been trying for ages to find a hair stylist who could lighten my hair style using a razor. it looks so good and youthful. What an awesome job!
That is absolutly beautiful i can never find someone to cut my hair like that i have a lot of hair thats fine and slitly wavy but it's to heavy only the botom of my hair curles up inhave never had it cut with razor that lady's cut is what i would like beautiful.😊😊🤗🤗❤
This haircut is awesome! I had a client who wanted this, I totally bombed it! I gave her a short pixie & I know it’s not actually what she really wanted but she was ok with the final results! I have way more confidence after watching this video & sure I can deliver! AWESOME WORK👌🏾👌🏾

I have been a hair stylist for 43 years. I can show anyone on how to cut this. I am an original 60s/70s kind of gal. I honestly don't recommend the way she is cutting the hair. You can easily get same effect with different techniques.

Wish you were here, I would let you cut loose on my terrible head of hair... Ha! Any suggestions on how to approach a possible new stylist. I just love the cut you did on this lady! I have had my hair cut short twice in my lifetime and my request has always been for what you did to this beautiful woman (your layering was excellent). Both times were huge failures and I have not cut my hair short since. I am 67 and until I can find someone who can layer it as well as you do I will not be cutting it again. My best friend freaks out constantly about my hair and tells me I am locked in the 70s (I am and love it!)
My hairdresser I have had for over 25 years, shes always told me once you reach age 50+ you should always keep your hair either shoulder length or shorter. Well I am 71 years old now and for the past 15 years or so I have had my hair just at the bottom of my ears & I love it this way & get so many compliments. Also now have light light blonde hair. I used to have burgundy hair but found I was dying it every other week. So we changed it to blonde blonde. I started by using only temporary colors until I reached the color both myself & my hairdresser thought best suited my complexion. Then went to the permanent color. Love love love it now.
Where are you? I’ve tried to explain this cut so many times to different stylists. I don’t trust them with the razor. Most stylist just don’t understand shags. Now I can show them. You are fabulous and so is Susan.

I think after a certain age women need to cut their hair shorter. IMO I think women leave their hair long for such a long time. After 40 is the time to start.

I wish more women of a ‘certain age’ would do something like this with their hair. Greyed hair tossed up in a sloppy bun or hanging down way past shoulders with no style makes them look so much older. A shorter ‘do either dyed or grey makes a huuuuuge difference; as does a little blush, lipstick, mascara and GOOD penciled-in eyebrows - those are A MUST!!
I'm a little late to the party but I really like this haircut. You should have shown how you blow dried it. Some of us are a bit dysfunctional. Good job. Beautiful haircut on the woman.
This new cut will actually be more easily managed than the bob she had, with her naturally wavy/curly hair it would be a breeze. Trying to make wavy/ curly hair lay straight as for a bob would take more work and product. This is the perfect cut for her hair.
