Yes everything is included in the rent wifi, water and electricity , the only thing we pay for is laundry. R20 to wash and R30 to dry.

The rent is R5750 per month, but because my bursary covers part of my rent. I only pay R1800 per month.
Is this place nsfas accredited
Yes it is, but beginning of the year they don’t wait for NSFAS so the deposit, admin fee and first month of rent is on you until NSFAS releases funds.
