Bought one these from you guys in Poly 6ft in the spring. I don't live at the beach and surfed it probably 10 times since in waves from about waist to overhead closeouts all in the Delaware/MD area, I am getting back into surfing from a long hiatus.Im getting used to the board. I like it just sometimes I think it may have too much volume/size and feels like its sitting maybe too high on the water and can feel sluggish. Then other times the board gives me trouble paddling into waves when they have any push/ power.I get hung up in the lip like its hard for me to knife into drops. Im assuming its the width and fatness of the rails maybe?. Overall sweet spot seems to be softer waist to head high waves were it feels at home esp if there slower. Any idea of complimentary step up/reg shortboard for mid Atlantic chest to 1.5x head days and the faster stuff? Quiver Killer , El Patron and Sabotage are all intriguing me. Not sure on the volume but thinking maybe a touch lower than this board like 35 to 37 range 6 ft 1 or 6 ft 2 so it will sit in the water better. Just want something with more nose and tail rocker but still paddles easy and I can re learn barrel riding and snaps/ get more radical. I like to surf with a skate style if that make sense too. Thanks for reading you guys are great!

Hey Nectarios, This board is intended for normal surf use, not kitesurfing. We can have Chili's custom made in stronger construction capable of withstanding kite abuse. Give us a call (252)987-6000 or write REALPRO@realwatersports.com to discuss custom options.
