William Shakespeare's The Merchant of Venice is a tragic-comedy where we find a dispute between a Christian and a Jew. A love story brews between Bassanio and Portia. Many interesting situations take place and to enjoy it continue to follow my channel.
In this scene we find Lorenzo's friends waiting under the roof outside Shylock's house. Lorenzo has planned to elope with Jessica and she is going to be the torchbearer. However the wind comes by and Bassanio has to cancel the party ans set sail for Belmont with Gratiano.
