The push example you really need to do again as you have to include base size when using s movement tool. So in the first example where you said they couldn't go off the edge they would have. You also could have gone off to the last side from ventress as is still in the away arc.
Thanks for the feedback. I was just trying to use it as an example rather than be really specific. But I can see how that might be confusing to a new player! Might see another video all about movement where I cover that off 👍
Good job there is one that is probably wrong. When the b one is on the top tier and overhanging to the right, the part of his base that is overhanging is still above “that piece of terrain ” because the lower level is still under his base, and the rules for entirely overhanging the terrain and things like that in this game are judged by their 2d footprint. Also, a small clarification on the force push it stops if it hits any terrain or another character it doesn’t have to be higher elevation to stop you just any terrain. And that’s why Will Shick has said about four times. He leaves the little half inch railings off his gantries because they stop people from being pushed off. He said it on more than one live stream. Great job though keep up the good work.
Thank you! Gotcha on the force push piece! We just had the question come up in our group if they could be force pushed 'up terrain' Have you got a page reference in the rulebook for the overhanging part you talk about? The only bit I can see is on page 25 "A character cannot end a movement partially overlapping a terrain part or the battlefield at a different elevation than they are." Which in that instance they would be?
This was great! Some of these things I had no idea how they worked. Thanks for clearing that up. Great video very clear, the only thing is that one point when you were talking about engagement and you took a bit moving the figures, good spot for a jump cut my maybe that’s just video editor in me
Thanks! Glad it was helpful! I do try to cut out as much of the 'blank space' to avoid bits like this. Sometimes they slip through and sometimes I might be talking in the background and then think it could become really disjointed if I cut a bit out randomly. Thanks for watching and the feedback!
Regardinh your force push/pull examples, the range tools should be used the same as movement tools when you place them, so from the edge of the base to the edge of base after the movement, not center to center (basically, it moves them further then your exemple)
Thanks for the feedback. I'll make it clearer in future videos. I was just trying to use it as an example to show that they were within range of one another rather than be specifically accurate but I suppose that could be confusing to a new player 👍
@@thehighcouncil2023 I meant that in the first example the B1s would have ended up completely off the terrain after the push. But still a great video! For some reason I had convinced myself that the 50mm bases could still go on the smaller terrain because it seemed weird to me they couldn’t, but the rules do state they can’t…
Thanks man! I get my sleeves in the UK from BG Extras and I'm using Sleeve King Premium Tarot Sleeves for my order and Stance Cards, then Sleeve King Standard XXL Super Large Sleeves for my unit cards - hope that helps!
@@thehighcouncil2023 excellent, many thanks. For a follow up video perhaps you could look at line of sight and cover. That still has me scratching my head, I don't know why I can't 'get it'.

Great video it really clarified things

It doesn’t make any sense but the Injured / Wounded token are the other way round. It’s so bizarre 😅 (page 34)
Aha thanks! I think what I've done makes logical sense to me!
Yeah don’t understand why they used the wounded icon on the card if it’s your limit of injured token…
Curious what colours you used for your droids? I've yet to find a colour I genuinely like for my B1s as they are my favourite droids.
They are sprayed white to start, then just contrast skeleton horde on the top! Simple as!
Great video cheers!. Btw what sleeves are you using for your unit cards?

I haven’t purchased Shatterpoint, so I haven’t made any mistakes 😜
Haven't purchased Shatterpoint... yet! ;)
Weird, I get the lightsaber sound at the beginning of the video, but no sound after that.
Hmm weird! I don't know what could be causing that
Sound is only coming from the right side.
Is there supposed to be audio? Cause I'm not hearing anything from your video
Ah that's strange, I've just played it and all seems to be fine for me!
Same for me. No audio after the intro.
